Terms & Conditions of Earn-Some-Cash

By joining Earn-Some-Cash, you agree that you have read these terms & conditions and agree to them all.

In order to open an account with us, you must be at least 14 years of age and a resident of The United Kingdom.

Only one account per person is permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any account at any time with no prior reason although we will in most cases provide a reason.

All information contained in your account profile must be genuine and it is your responsibility to keep your profile information up to date and correct. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes relating to your profile.

You must adhere to the instructions with each offer, we reserve the right to cancel any transactions for which you have not completed according to these instructions.

To earn cashback you must be logged into your Earn-Some-Cash account, in order for your transaction to be completed and tracked correctly to your account.

We will make every effort to ensure that the correct cashback rewards are noted for each offer, although we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the retailers themselves.

In order to be paid you must have reached the minimum requirement of your chosen payment method, we will make every effort to pay as quickly as we can although we reserve the right to pay within 31 days of withdrawal.

Transactions will not confirm into your account until the retailer pays us, therefore we cannot be held responsible if the retailer decides not to pay us.

Since your pending transaction show all the clicks you make regardless as to whether you go on to complete the offer we reserve the right to cancel any untracked click within 5 day for daily or free offers.

It is your responsibility to keep all emails relating to any online shopping you may do until cashback is added to your account, this information may be needed in the case of an investigation into your cashback, although we cannot trace cashback for free offers.

You should wait a minimum of 30 days after your sale before contacting us regarding missing cashback, the retailer reserves the right to cancel any cash at any time and we cannot be held responsible for these actions.

We reserve the right to close any account which lies dormant for a period of 6 months, if we close your account under this rule you will forfeit any cash that was in your account at the time. You will be welcome to open another account at a later date.

You are given a unique referral code to give to family and friends, you must not use this in any way that can be meant as SPAM, if we receive any complaints of this, your account will be closed immediately. You must not use this code to self refer, anyone caught doing this will have all accounts closed immediately.

We reserve the right to change any join up and referral fees at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
